Frequently asked questions
What does the analysis check?
Security: HTTPS, redirect from http:// to https://, certificate validity, HSTS, CSP, clickjacking protection, X-Content-Type-Options, Referrer-Policy, cookies, mixed content, software versions on show, email SPF, DMARC and DKIM and, on WordPress, whether the site and plugins are up to date. Local SEO: link to Google Maps, structured data, address, phone, opening hours, title and description, bookings and whether Google can read the page.
Is this a security audit?
No. We only read what is public, like any browser or DNS service. We don't run penetration tests, we don't analyse the code of the site or look for vulnerabilities.
Can I change plan or cancel?
Yes, whenever you want, in the subscription portal (the link is in your dashboard). When you change plan, the difference is settled automatically. When you cancel, the plan continues until the end of the period already paid.
What is the fix plan?
A plan built from your site's analysis: security settings ready to paste for your platform, email records for your DNS and the local business structured data block, in order of priority. Without a subscription, the guided fix (with a check for each step) costs €99 per site (€149 with WordPress); it's included for all sites in the Professional and Agency plans.
How does the Agency plan form work?
You get a code to paste on your site. Anyone who uses it sees the analysis with your brand and leaves their name and email; you get the contact by email and in your dashboard.
Do I use the same email for payment?
Yes. If you sign in to your account before subscribing, we link the subscription to the account automatically. If you pay without an account, use in the payment the email you'll sign in with.
